    • Marine Record for James Norminton Scotson
      James Norminton Scotson, was a Royal Marine and had served in WW1.
      He joined the Royal Marines Artillery on 29 April 1904 and completed his service on 28 April 1925. 
      He served on several ships including HMS Drake from 6 Aug 1908 to 1 March 1911. He served throughout the war but
      from 23 Jan 1916 he served with the East African Expeditionary Force until
      19 Oct 1917.  He returned to the RMA until his retirement.
